Born into an Irish baking dynasty Laurence Kiely is no stranger to Artisan Sourdough, having shaped his first loaf at fifteen he’s spent years perfecting family recipes that date back to the late 1800’s.

Reaping the rewards of time honoured traditions; Bob & Pete’s has managed to pull these secrets into the fold. Using artisanal techniques, every loaf produced is a testament to the lifetime of passion that lies at the heart of baking.
