BECOMING A BOB AND PETE’S CUSTOMER

  1. How to I become a Bob and Pete’s customer?

    To become a Bob and Pete’s customer you can register online under HELP and in the REGISTER section in the top right hand corner.  You can also contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300 for more information. 

  2. Do Bob & Pete's sell to the public?
    As wholesale distributors we do not sell directly to the public however, if you would like to find a Bob & Pete's stockist near you, please contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300 and we will lead you in the right direction.
  3. Can I collect my order from Bob & Pete's?
    In order to provide our customers with a reliable next day delivery service we cannot accommodate collections or pick up from the bakery, however we will do our best to deliver at a suitable time.
  4. Do Bob & Pete's offer free samples?
    We are confident the quality and taste of our products will win your over and will happily provide free samples for you to taste and select from. New customers can request to see a sales representative, while our existing customers can contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300 and samples will be added to your next order.
  5. Do Bob & Pete's offer "sale or return"?
    We do not offer 'sale or return' on any of our baked goods, as we encourage our customers to order what they need, fresh daily.

MANAGING MY ACCOUNT

  1. How do I change my details?
    To make any changes to your account, please contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300.
  2. Where can I find my customer code?
    Your customer code is located on all your invoices towards the top on the left hand side. If you unable to locate your customer code, or one has not been assigned to you, please contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300.
  3. Change of Ownership?
    If you sell or transfer proprietorship of your business while trading continues, you must notify us before settlement and full and final payment must be received within 3 days of such sale or transfer. New proprietors will be required to complete a New Customer Form located in the HELP section of our website.

PLACING AN ORDER

  1. How do I register for Online Ordering?

    If you are an existing Bob and Pete’s customer simply click the ‘Register’ button on the Homepage and use your customer code as your Username.  Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email and can start ordering online. Please contact our customer service Angels if you have any questions on (02) 9550 5300.

  2. What is the cut off time to place my order?

    Orders for next day delivery close at 4pm on weekdays and 11am on weekends. Special close off times apply on Public Holidays – please refer to our Public Holiday calendar for more information. When placing your order online you will be alerted to time remaining to complete your order for next day delivery.  

  3. What are the minimum order requirements?
    Our minimum daily order per delivery is $40 (net of GST) for regular weekly customers. All products that require ‘Temperature Controlled’ (TC) deliveries will be subject to a $15 minimum order. This $15 will be incorporated into our current minimum of $40 and NOT on top of it.
  4. What happens if I try to place an order online and my account is on hold?
    Bob and Pete’s will check the status of your account before you commence your online order and, if your account is currently on hold, you will be asked contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300 to discuss.
  5. Can I get a reminder to place my order?

    At this stage, we do not offer a reminder service. You can register your interest here for a SMS prompt or contact support team to set up STANDARD ORDERS which will be dispatched automatically in case you forget to place your order.

  6. Can I set up a standard order online?

    Permanent Standard Orders have to be set up with our customer service Angels – please call (02) 9550 5300Currently you are not able to make permanent changes to your Standard Orders online; however we expect to offer this service in the future.

DELIVERIES

  1. When will my delivery come?
    Wherever possible, our drivers will strive to deliver at the earliest convenient time for you with most deliveries made between 4am – 10am. However, due to the unpredictability of traffic and weather we do not guarantee delivery times. You can contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300 to receive a more accurate estimation.
  2. Which days can I order?
    Your scheduled delivery days are based on how frequently we make deliveries in your area with Greater Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle areas receiving deliveries 7 days a week. For fresh deliveries to your area please see our current delivery schedule in the ABOUT US/DELIVERY section or contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300.

SUPPORT

  1. How do I get assistance?

    Our Enquiries lines are opened from 8am till 3pm weekdays and 8am till 11am weekends - (02) 9550 5300. Outside those hours you can leave a message and our customer service Angels will contact you within one business day. For online ordering we also provide CHAT NOW functionality.

ACCOUNT & PAYMENTS

  1. How do I check my balance?

    A Tax Invoice is provided with every order which includes a total amount outstanding.  We currently do not provide your account information online; however we expect to offer this service in the future. To receive a statement or copy of your invoice you can contact our customer service Angels on (02) 9550 5300

  2. How can I pay my bill?

    Bob & Pete’s preferred payment methods include Direct Debit and automatic Credit Card deduction. You can complete the relevant forms online or request an email copy from our support team. To make an immediate payment, please contact our Accounts Team on 02 9557 1517.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

  1. Where do I find product information, nutrition, product specification, ingredients & shelf life?

    All of this information is available right here on our website, if you click on the product it will take you to another page where you can see a larger picture of the product and will have all this information. You can even print it off by clicking on the printer button which is located on the bottom right hand side of the photo of the product! 

    We also can supply a reasonable amount of samples, to enquire or order samples please contact our Angels on (02) 9550 5300.

  2. Do you supply samples?

    Yes we supply a reasonable amount of samples for our customers, please contact one of our Angels on (02) 9550 5300 to organise your samples today!

  3. Where can I find the price of a product or price list?

    If you are a customer we can send you a pricelist please contact one of our Angels on (02) 9550 5300.
