1. How do I place an order for Dr. Dough products?

   Bob & Pete’s customers can place an order for Dr. Dough products in the following ways:

   1. Click here to order on the Dr. Dough website. You will need to pay by credit card and pay a delivery charge. For same day delivery place your order before 1:00pm Mon - Sat.
   2. Give us a call on our Enquiries Line (02) 9550 5300. With so many choices it can be easier to talk it through with one of our Angels. Next day delivery will be managed through your account with no delivery charge.

2. Can I order Dr. Dough with my regular B&P order?

   Yes, you can. To place your Dr. Dough order please give us a call on our Enquiries line (02) 9550 5300 and an angel will assist you through the whole process.

3. Is there a minimum spend for Dr. Dough products?

   All Dr. Dough products meet our minimum order requirement of $35.

4. Can I pre-order Dr. Dough products for future dates?

   Yes you can. At checkout or with an Angel you have the option to choose between same-day delivery or schedule for a future date.

5. Is there a cut off time for ordering Dr. Dough products?

   Yes. If you are in the Sydney Metro area and want same day delivery you will need to order before 1pm. If you are outside Sydney Metro cut off will be 3.00pm for next day delivery. No Sunday available.

6. Can I cancel or modify my Dr. Dough order after placing it?

   Yes as long as it is before cut-off at 3:00pm the day before delivery.

7. Can I order direct from Dr. Dough?

   Yes you can order direct from the Dr. Dough website here.

DELIVERY

1. Can I get same day delivery for Dr. Dough?

   Yes. Dr. Dough offers same-day delivery Mon - Sat for customers in the Sydney Metro area. You will need to order through Dr. Dough website (click here) and pay by credit card with a delivery charge.

2. When will my Dr. Dough orders be delivered?

   If you want same-day delivery please order before 1pm. If you want next day delivery the delivery window is between 4am-11am.

3. Will Dr. Dough items arrive with my Bob & Pete’s order?

   Both Bob & Pete’s & Dr. Dough have different distribution teams. We are working through the details but depending on your requirements the order may come separately, or it may come with your Bob & Pete’s order. If you are outside of Sydney Metro it will come with your Bob & Pete’s order.

4. Can I track my Dr. Dough delivery?

   Yes. Both Bob & Pete’s and Dr. Dough’s distribution will allow you to track your order.

5. What should I do if my Dr. Dough products arrive damaged or incorrect?

   Please call us on our Enquiries Line (02) 9550 5300 and we will be able to assist you with any delivery issues.

6. Is there a delivery fee?

   For same-day delivery which is available through the Dr. dough site there is a delivery fee. However, If you order for next-day delivery or schedule an order for a future date with Bob & Pete’s delivery is free.

1. Are Dr. Dough products handmade?

   Yes. Each box can be customised and requires handmade touch to make it unique for every occasion.

2. Can I request customisation or corporate branding?

   Yes. Dr. Dough are specialists in customisation and corporate branding. Please call us on (02) 9550 5300 and we will assist you through the whole process for your ease and convenience.

3. Can I request a specific colour?

   Yes, Dr. Dough has a great range of colours to choose from, or they can also colour match.

PAYMENTS & ACCOUNTS

1. Are Dr. Dough items invoiced separately?

   It depends on your requirements as each customer is different. Please give us a call on our Enquiries Line (02) 9550 5300 and we will be able to assist you.

2. Can I use my existing payment method for Dr. Dough?

   In most cases yes. However, if you require same-day delivery Dr. Dough requires a credit card payment on their website.
