Soft, spongy and dusted with flour our Irish Head Baker Laurence knew what he is doing when it came to potatoes. Modelled on the famous Shake Shack bun and filling the gap between the sweet, buttery Brioche and a fluffy, light Milk Bun the Potato Buns are “short” eating with a slight earthy taste.
