To ensure traditional ethnic quality, we purchase from a number of specialist bakeries an incredible range of bread and bread rolls - in every shape, flavour and size you can imagine. We have Italian, Turkish, Lebanese, Polish, Indian, Mexican, Spanish, American, English and even Australian - sliced white, brown, wholemeal and multigrain and dampers too! We have flat breads, ryes, sourdoughs, crispy, crusty, chewy, soft, dense, light, seeded, dusted, topped, spiced, fruited, nutted, vegetabled, lengthways sliced and unsliced……I think you get the picture. You name it, we've got it, or probably will have soon.
