Our large cake range is a bit of a mixture. We have three slab cakes in
food service foils - a yummy Carrot Cake (a minimal flour recipe, rich in
pineapple, carrots and walnuts), a lovely Banana Cake and, for the chocoholics,
a heavy chocolate sponge (almost a mud) Chocolate Ganache Cake, topped with
a true chocolate ganache - heavenly!
We also have arguably the best Pecan
Pies in town - at least, that's what North American visitors tell us, made
with real maple syrup and whole pecans, not walnuts! We used to do a large family size but found that the individual and cocktail sizes are much more popular. Yum!
