The popularity of our fairly recently introduced gourmet banana bread has exceeded our wildest expectations. They come in Banana, Apple & Cinnamon, Pear & Raspberry and Fruit & Nut. Although usually served in cafes in thick slices and toasted, they're really more of a cake than a bread and are delicious just as they are, or as a dessert (hot or cold) with fruit, cream, ice cream or yoghurt. They're moist and choc full of fruit and spices, with a long refrigeration life - 10 days plus. They can be successfully frozen and thawed and microwaved too.

They also come in a "baby" loaf individual serve size.
