To ensure traditional ethnic quality, we purchase from a number of specialist bakeries an incredible range of bread and bread rolls - in every shape, flavour and size you can imagine. We have Italian, Turkish, Lebanese, Polish, Indian, Mexican, Spanish, American, English and even Australian - sliced white, brown, wholemeal and multi-grain and dampers too! We have flat breads, ryes, sour-doughs, crispy, crusty, chewy, soft, dense, light, seeded, dusted, topped, spiced, fruited, nutted, vegetabled, lengthways sliced and unsliced……I think you get the picture. You name it, we've got it, or probably will have soon.
