First time wholesale customers please call (02) 9550 5300
to apply for a customer code.
If you already have your CUSTOMER CODE, phone (02)
9565 1544 after 8.00am and place your order with one of our
customer service "Angels" or, if all lines are busy, on our
24 hour answer machine service.
N.B. Orders must be placed: before 4.00pm the
previous day for TUESDAY to SATURDAY deliveries
and before 11.00am the previous day for SUNDAY and
MONDAY deliveries. Also, special ordering times will
apply for PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (please check with us if
you don't receive notification - normally a week before).
N.B. Orders for the following day will NOT be processed if
placed after these deadlines! We strongly recommend you place a
minimum "standard order" (which you can add to or reduce
at any time) for the days on which you operate as "insurance" against the disasterous impact of you, or one of your staff, failing
to place your order before our ordering deadline.
When placing your order, either with one of our staff or on our
answer machine:
- The first and most important thing we need from you is your CUSTOMER
CODE (at the top left corner of your daily invoice). If
you do not yet have a customer code, please email us at sales@yum.com.au or ring us on (02)
9550 5300. N.B. Orders cannot be processed without
that code!
- Next, please give your NAME, the NAME
of your BUSINESS, then your PHONE NUMBER,
and finally your ORDER.
- Please speak CLEARLY and CONCISELY
(so we can understand you). N.B. Loud background noises or poor
mobile reception can cause disconnection when leaving an order on
our answering machines. If you have any doubt, please phone us back.
- PLEASE ORDER ALL PRODUCTS IN UNITS - not in dozens!
- To avoid the risk of error and disappointment, please use the "exact"
product names published in our product list or on your daily invoice.
We regret that, due to packaging and transport costs, a minimum $25.00
charge (before GST) will apply to orders below that amount. However,
higher minimums may apply under certain circumstances.
Please note if you fail to make payment according to agreed terms (see
"Payments"), we reserve the right to cease deliveries and
apply a weekly account keeping fee until payment is made.
